FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions practices ask most often before choosing an RCM partner.

How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the verified scope, volumes, systems, staffing, implementation needs, reporting, service levels, and responsibility split. A Revenue Health Assessment helps CF understand those inputs before recommending a commercial and delivery model. Any fees, term, dependencies, and exclusions are stated in the proposed agreement rather than generalized on this page.
What EMR and practice management systems do you support?
System fit is confirmed during the assessment and onboarding process. The scope distinguishes work performed inside a client-authorized platform from a true technical integration. CF publishes a named system or integration only after the workflow, interface type, access requirements, technical verification, and permitted wording are documented.
How do you transition clients without disrupting billing?
Transition planning starts with discovery, data and access readiness, responsibility mapping, approved workflows, reporting definitions, and escalation. Where appropriate, work may move through validation or parallel review before the agreed operating handoff. Timing and expected impact are scoped for the actual organization; CF does not promise a universal launch window or result.
How do you protect patient health information (PHI)?
CF Solutions Philippines Inc., the Philippine operating entity supporting our delivery, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 under certificate PH26/00000076. Its independently audited information security management system adds structured risk management, documented controls, and continual improvement to Philippine delivery. CF pairs that framework with BAAs when required, workforce training, role-based access, approved communication channels, and client-specific controls. Full details are available on our Security & Compliance page.
Do you offer dedicated teams or shared staffing?
The operating model depends on ownership. A Dedicated Team works in client systems under client day-to-day direction. A Managed Operation gives CF responsibility for an agreed workflow, supervision, QA, reporting, and performance management. A Specialized Healthcare Company or Hybrid Model may fit when the scope crosses functions or combines client-directed roles with CF-owned workflows.
What medical specialties do you serve?
Specialty fit is confirmed during the assessment. CF reviews the organization type, specialty, payer mix, systems, volumes, workflows, coding and clinical dependencies, and available operating experience before recommending scope. A specialty is not claimed solely because a related service exists.
